“I want to be acknowledged in top Danish handball. I hope my time in Denmark can bring me back to the Norwegian national team where I would like to play,” Alette Stang added.

“We hope to play a lot of important matches next season from September until May. This requires a large squad, but I do not see Alette as a substitute only. She has the potential to become Ragnhild Aamodt´s successor some time in the future,” Ikast´s sports director Frank Henriksen predicted.

In general the Ikast squad is undergoing major changes these days, as six players are leaving the club, and six signed so far.
