While Tatran Presov, Elverum Handball, Chekhovskie Medvedi, Ademar Leon, Besiktas Mogaz HT, Rihiimäen Cocks, HC Metalurg and Wacker Thun will focus only on their domestic competitions, the group phase knock-out round awaits the top two teams in both groups.

The first leg will be played during the Round 13 in Groups A&B (20-24 February 2019) on the courts of the second teams Sporting and Plock, while the second leg will follow during the Round 14 one week later and the group winners BSV and Dinamo will play hosts to the games.
The exact playing times will be announced in due time.
The winners of these knock-out matches will qualify for the Last 16 and will face the second teams of Group A and B respectively.Author: EHF / br
